Cherries with Ricotta and Toasted Almonds

· ¾ c. frozen pitted cherries
· 2 Tbsp. part-skim ricotta
· 1 Tbsp. toasted slivered almonds
· Cinnamon

1. Heat cherries in the microwave. Top the cherries with ricotta, almonds and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
